New Zealand won three games in a row

Mens cricket world cup 2023

New Zealand beat Bangladesh today by eight wickets in their 3rd match in the 2023 Cricket World Cup at Chennai stadium. New Zealand won the toss and invited Bangladesh to bat first. But Bangladesh batters struggled to face Kiwi’s bowlers well. At the end of their 50 overs, they managed to get 245 for nine wickets. Mushfiqur Rahim got 66 runs, while skipper Shakib Al Hassan got 44. But it does not demand a position to win the match.
New Zealanders came to reply to Bangladesh, but it took a lot of work because Bangladesh bowlers didn’t give away easily. Bangali fast bowlers attacked hard to New Zealand’s opening batters. Opener Rachin Ravindra coughs by Rahim by nine runs. Devon Conway and Kane Williamson have struggled to face Bangladesh’s fast bowlers early, but after a few overs, they settled at the wicket.
Opening batter Devon Conway collected 45 runs, but it was different from how he played against Sri Lanka in their first match in the tournament.
Skipper Williamson got 78 runs but retired hurt. When he left the wicket, new Zealanders reached the 200 mark. Daryl Mitchel batted well and stayed until the end of the game. He scored 89 runs not out.
They faced only 42.5 overs to win this particular match against Bangladesh.
Anyway, New Zealand won all three games they played and took the front of the point table, while Bangladesh lost two games with disappointment. If Bangladesh wants to go to the semi-final, they must win at least five matches from six matches they have.
