“Gaza on fire and the Hamas-Israel crisis”

The world is in fear.
It is no secret that not only the Middle East region but the whole world is in a state of panic right now. It is due to the war between the Mossad and Hamas groups in the Middle East. Israel is the only state in the world that represents the Jewish nation. The intelligence department in that country is “Mossad” and such an advanced intelligence department does not operate in any country in the world. Even in such a situation, on the October 7th, the “Hamas” organisation entered Israel and launched a massive attack.
“Iron Dome” is Israel’s operational missile defence system. This defence system, which covers the entire airspace of the country, is capable of suppressing missile or rocket attacks. However, Israel was also surprised by the unexpected attack by the Palestinian Hamas organisation on October 7th.

Early that morning, the Hamas organisation attacked Israel by land, sea and air, and it was the worst attack on Israel that day. Hamas members, who attacked the Israeli forces stationed at the borders, broke into the interior of Tarata and launched massive attacks.
In this situation, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a special statement and said, “We are currently in the middle of a war.” In the face of this situation, about 1200 Israelis have died, and it is reported that at least 1000 people have died and more than 2000 people have been injured in the retaliatory attacks by Israel on the Gaza Strip. And right now, the people of Gaza are in the middle of a serious energy crisis. The media has reported that they are seriously affected in a situation where fuel supply has stopped completely.
Signs of regime change in Israel.
Meanwhile, signs of serious changes are appearing in Israeli politics led by Benjamin Netanyahu. A background is also being created in which the government led by the Prime Minister is being accused of not paying proper attention to the security situation. In this situation, it is observed that Prime Minister Netanyahu has started negotiations with opposition leader Benny Gantz, and it can be considered as the beginning of forming a coalition government. Political commentators are of the opinion that there is more scope for resorting to new political measures in order to find solutions to the dangerous and crisis situation that has been created. The Israeli opposition leader has also stated that the discussions held so far have been successful and that he is willing to contribute to a comprehensive program for Israel.

Where even an ant cannot crawl.
Hamas, the Islamic armed group operating in Palestine, is a group that has pledged to destroy Israel. Although they are a dedicated group, how they entered and launched attacks in Israel, a country with a highly skilled intelligence department and strong military resources, has caused a serious conversation. Border security has been strengthened with massive fences. Also, by deploying 24-hour armed security around it and monitoring through thousands of cameras, the security has been strengthened so that not even an ant is allowed to travel secretly. It is in this kind of background that Hamas militants launch a massive attack on Israel.
What is the Gaza Strip?
Currently, Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organisation. America, the European Union and the United Kingdom have made the designation. However, the Hamas organisation is supported by the Hezbollah organisation operating in Lebanon and Iran, and in this situation, there is an estrangement between Iran and Israel. At the same time, it is important to pay attention to the “Gaza Strip”. The Gaza Strip is a 41 km long and 10 km wide strip of land located between the Mediterranean Sea and Israel and Egypt. The total number of Palestinians living in that strip of land with the highest population density in the world is close to 2.3 million. They are forced to live in isolation and cannot receive essential goods or services without permission from Egypt and Israel.

The beginning of the crisis.
However, Israel is recognised as the only land in the Middle East where Jews live, and in 1948, with the withdrawal of British troops from that land, Israel was declared an independent country. However, in 1947, the United Nations partitioned the land belonging to Palestine. In this context, some tensions arose between Arabia, Israel and Palestine, and even today it has become a crisis without a solution.
Although various solutions have been presented to the Israeli-Palestinian crisis, it has not been possible to make them a practical reality. The American solution is a two-state solution. All American presidents except Donald Trump have tried to establish Israel and Palestine as separate states. The location of two places, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, hindered it, and at one time Palestine and at another time Israel also objected to the plans presented at different times.
The United Nations indicates that about 80% of the population of the Gaza Strip is dependent on international aid. About one million people are provided with food based on the aid provided by various organisations. The daily life of the people living there is in a harsh condition, and it is difficult to enjoy necessities like electricity

Although a person’s daily water requirement is 100 litres, the people of Gaza have only 88 litres of water.
Hamas seizes power in Gaza
Since 2007, the Gaza Strip has been controlled by Hamas. The Islamist group Hamas has taken control of the Gaza Strip after a fierce conflict, ousting the army loyal to the Palestinian Authority that ruled Gaza. In 2014, Israel declared a buffer zone around the Gaza Strip for its own security. This program resulted in a decrease in the land used by the people for activities such as farming.

The same place where both claim the right.
Meanwhile, the Al-Aqsa Mosque in East Jerusalem appears to be the main source of recent conflict. The Palestinians claim the right to it, and the Israelis also claim it by naming it as the Temple Mount and saying that it is their right. “The Israelis cannot allow our Master to be insulted on the grounds of Al-Aqsa Mosque,” the Palestinians said. One of the main things that has been observed recently is that religious nationalists in Israel have started to visit the above altars more and more.

The situation has caused the concern and anger of the Palestinians.
Meanwhile, Hamas emphasised that any decision taken by the Israeli government regarding the Al-Aqsa Mosque would be a red line, and Israel would have to suffer the consequences. The statement also emphasised that any change would become a “clear red line”. However, the Israeli authorities have said that they will uphold the right of pilgrimage to the site.
However, human beings have to face painful experiences in receiving, not receiving, and suffering. The world should pay due attention to this and support both sides to resolve the serious crisis that the Gaza Strip is based on. If not, international commentators are of the view that it cannot be prevented that this will spread into a serious crisis and affect one or two parts of the human race.
